1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom tailoring:

❌ No refunds, returns, or cancellations are accepted for:

  • Custom suits
  • Wedding suits
  • Made-to-measure garments
  • Personalized or altered items

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Ready-Made Products (U.S. Orders)

Refunds or exchanges may be accepted for ready-made (non-custom) items if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging are intact

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and your order number

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (at our discretion)

4. Refund Processing (USA)

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
